WHAT IS FIGHTING FIT?

A kick ass cross-fit based circuit class designed for all shapes and sizes, combining a number of fighting drills and techniques. It's a total cardio workout using every part of your body to help improve strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, posture, speed, and much much more. You won't be dissappointed with this amazing and unique class.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.

WHAT TO WEAR: Light comfortable clothing that stretch easily.

WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: This type of exercise is suitable for every age and gender.
