DO I NEED KICK BOXING EXPERIENCE?
Not at all. While there is a boxing component to this class, the combinations are simple and are focused on fitness only. Your Box Circuit instructor will be able to show you basic box technique for the purposes of the Box Circuit class. For a more comprehensive or fighting based boxing workout, contact one of our Personal Trainers who specialize in boxing training. Enquire at reception for more details on Personal Training
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.
WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: Kick Boxing is for everyone! The exercises used in Box circuit can be modified to accommodate all abilities and fitness levels.
