HOW DO I GET STARTED?
CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.
WHAT TO WEAR: Light comfortable clothing that stretch easily.
WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle. Mats and Equipment are provided.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: This type of exercise is suitable for every age and gender, from professional athlete to pregnant mum, or a keen individual wishing to shape up
