WHAT IS SALSA?

A traditional Latin dance that involves co-ordination and dance steps to a rhythm. A cardiovascular workout that you can also put to practice on the dance floor. Bring a partner and spice up your workout!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.

WHAT TO WEAR: Light comfortable clothing that stretch easily.

WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: This type of exercise is suitable for every age and gender.
