HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.

WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: Because you are always in control of your resistance and speed, and therefore the intensity of your workout, Top Ride is suitable for all fitness levels.
