
One of the most effective cardio workouts around! STEP will challenge your body and mind as you elevate your heart rate and burn mega calories, all whilst stepping on to (and off!) a STEP box. Work intensity is determined by you ‘the stepper’, as you become more familiar with the moves, choreography, travel and speed of the routines.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.
WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: This type of exercise is suitable for every age and gender, from professional athlete to pregnant mum, or a keen individual wishing to shape up.
