
The practice of YOGA can help improve your health with stretching, to tone your muscles and to also help to improve flexibility, balance and posture. YOGA has so many benefits and we would encourage everybody to participate at least once. You will adore the long lasting results, through obvious injury prevention and of course, the new relaxed you!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
CLASS TIMES: Class times can be viewed in the Group Fitness Timetable in the navigation along the top, or at the reception desk at the gym.
WHAT TO WEAR: Light comfortable clothing that stretch easily.
WHAT TO BRING: A sweat towel and water bottle. Mats and Equiptment are provided.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE: Yoga classes are suitable for most people. The poses used in Yoga are able to
be modified to accommodate all abilities and fitness levels. Talk to your Yoga instructor prior to class if you have any injuries or issues so that exercises can be modified to suit.
